Donation Refund Policy Augusta Publishers has instituted a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Augusta Publishers expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. At the moment, Augusta Publishers can not offer refund on donations collected via our app. Augusta Publishers is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued. In future [2025] we will be creating a more robust way of managing funds with transparency and trust.
